    For many, a relaxing evening on the couch is the time to enjoy a tasty snack. But how do you make sure you don’t throw away all your healthy habits during these relaxing moments? Fortunately, there are plenty of delicious, healthy alternatives to chips, candy and chocolate. Here are ten guilt-free snacks that are perfect for your next Netflix marathon.

    Vegetable chips

    Instead of classic potato chips, you can make vegetable chips from sweet potato, carrot or zucchini, for example. Sliced thinly, briefly put in the oven with some olive oil and herbs, and you have a crunchy and healthy snack!

    Hummus with raw vegetables
